License plate numbers you enter to send or receive messages

We do not collect your name, home address, or government-issued ID unless explicitly provided during customer support communication.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of lawprinciples.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your useof the Platform, these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement,interpretation, or validity thereof—including the determination of the scope orapplicability of this agreement to arbitrate—shall be determined by bindingarbitration in accordance with the rules of the American ArbitrationAssociation (AAA).
The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and theproceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own costsunless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
You agree that you are waiving your right to a jury trial or toparticipate in a class action. You and ATME agree that any arbitration will beconducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated,or representative action.
If this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the partiesagree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courtslocated in Delaware.
13. Class Action Waiver
You and ATME agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
You further agree that the arbitrator may notconsolidate more than one person’s claims or otherwise preside over any form ofa representative or class proceeding.
If this specific clause is found unenforceable, the entire arbitrationsection (Section 12) will be deemed void, and the parties will agree to submitto the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
